- There will be twenty qualified teams competing in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 tournament.
- The teams will be divided into four groups, and each group has a total of 5 teams.
- The top two teams of each group will qualify for the Super-Eight.
- The qualified teams will be divided into two groups of four.
- The top two qualifying teams will then qualify for the knockout stage.
- After the knockout stage, the teams will later earn a spot in the semifinals and then two finalists will play the Final in Barbados on 29 June 2024.
