WPL 2025 Schedule, Date, Time, Venue & Team Sqaud List
The Board of Control For Cricket in India has announced that the WPL 2025 will be scheduled to start from February 14 to March 15 and will be played at four different venues across India. This will be the third edition of the Women’s Premier League, the most popular franchise-based T20 cricket tournament for women.
The 3rd edition of Women’s Premier League 2025 will kick off with the clash between defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Giants in the newly constructed BCA Stadium in Vadodara. This ground will also host the first six matches of the tournament.
Then the league moves to the second phase in which eight matches are scheduled to be held in Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. After this, Lucknow will also get a chance to host its first-ever match of WPL in Ekana Cricket Stadium, which will host a total of four matches.
Finally, the last four knockout matches of the tournament will be hosted in the CCI stadium of Mumbai where the Eliminator will be on March 13 and the final on March 15.
WPL (Women’s Premier League) 2025 Schedule
This year’s tournament will follow the same format as last season with the five teams – Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Mumbai Indians (MI), UP Warriorz (UPW), Gujarat Giants (GG), and Delhi Capitals (DC) – facing each other in single headers in the league stage.
